Most beginners need only 2 weekday walk/run for 30 mins each plus the one long run on weekend. Depending on experience and schedule.

I’m an RRCA Certified Level 1 Coach and an Adult Long Distance Running Coach with over a decade of experience training women in the Bay Area. The certification isn’t the point. The point is showing up, week after week, for the woman in front of me.
