Somewhere between responsibilities, routines, and showing up for everyone else, your own goals took a back seat. This is your space to put them back in front of you, to reconnect with the version of you that feels strong, confident, and fully alive.
12 weeks. One finish line. A completely new relationship with yourself.
Your goals were never too late. Your dreams were never too small.
Fiercelifit is a space created for women to move, grow, heal, and rise together — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
From the Bay Area to nationwide, here are the races our runners have crossed since 2015.
The finish lines mean more than just medals. They’re about confidence, discipline, clarity, and the quiet pride of proving something to yourself.
“Every time I used to see a runner, I used to get envious. Since joining FF group 2 years ago, I have run 3 half marathons. I just love running now. When I see a fellow runner, I feel proud that I’m one too.”
“I remember the day I went to orientation and told Sonali I had tried training with other groups but couldn’t succeed. She told me, with pride in her voice, that this group has a 100% success rate if you’re committed. That stuck with me. There was no looking back.”
“The coaches don’t just have the running experience — they know all the tricks we play, and they have the right tools to set us thinking in the right direction. They changed my mindset, and I only realized it when I crossed the 10K mark.”
“I heard Sonali say anyone can run — not just 5K, but a half or even a full marathon. All I could imagine was leg and knee pain. But I listened to my brain and signed up. That was four years ago, and I’m beyond ecstatic about my choice.”
“Never thought I’d run a half marathon — and now in 2.5 years, I’ve completed 5. It’s astounding that I could do it. Impossible was made possible by the FF team. The support system and encouragement have always surprised me.”

Beginner Runner Story #1
From fear of running to finish line of 50K race.
“Growing up in India, athletics wasn’t part of the picture for girls like me. Sports Day at school felt like something to get through, not something to look forward to. Running, racing, finish lines — none of that felt like it was meant for someone like me.”
In 2009, an email landed in my inbox. A nonprofit was training people to run a half marathon while raising funds to build schools in India. I signed up before I could talk myself out of it. I didn’t look like a runner. I didn’t feel like one. But I showed up — and that turned out to be the only thing that mattered.
That first finish line changed everything. I went from zero to full marathons to a 50K. If I can do it, anyone can do it.
I started Fiercelifit for everyone doubting themselves — to nudge you to get out of your comfort zone, where all the magic happens! We have been coaching beginners since 2015, and every single person who has committed to the program has crossed the finish line.
Two ways to train. Same proven system. Same finish line.
