12 Weeks of Progressive Training

You will follow a structured training plan that gradually builds your endurance and confidence while keeping recovery and injury prevention front and center.

In-Person + Remote Options

  • Local runners: Saturday Group runs at Coyote Hills in Fremont
  • Non-local runners: Fully remote training with the same coaching structure and support

Weekly Coaching & Support

Every runner gets:

  • One live check-in call every week (for remote participants only)
  • Ongoing support and plan adjustments

Education sessions on form, breathing, cadence, pacing, recovery, cross-training, fueling, and race day strategy

Small Group Accountability

You will train alongside others working toward the same goal. The group environment keeps motivation high and makes the journey more fun and consistent.
